Senses

Sometimes, you want clear visual indicators about what is happening inside your lists.

Senses provide small indicators carefully monitoring specific situations of things you don't want to miss.

A sense is shown in front of the entry's name in your main view, left sidebar and lists and will pulsate if aggregates don't match.

EASY

Add a sense to an entry

To add a sense to an entry, open the right sidebar and click/tap on +Sense.

MEDIUM

Change a sense of an entry

To change the sense of an entry, click on the cog icon of the sense in the right sidebar.

Adjust the filters and aggregates to your needs.

EASY

Delete the sense of an entry

To delete a sense of an entry, click on the trash icon of the sense in the right sidebar.

MEDIUM

Filters

Filters will define which entries the sense should "monitor." Although you mainly want to monitor the entry's output, there are more advanced possibilities.

Imagine a list with household chores. You might want to ensure that at least 30 minutes of household tasks are scheduled today. You can modify the filters to monitor entries linked to Household and scheduled for today, and set the aggregate to watch if the duration is greater than 30 minutes.

HARD

Aggregates

Aggregates will watch certain conditions inside the entries defined in the filters.

Possible options are: Count and Duration.
